Arctic Monkeys Wrap Up 2023 World Tour with Dublin and Belfast Shows

Tuesday 22nd, 2023

Sheffield's renowned rock group, Arctic Monkeys, have announced the final leg of their 2023 world tour, featuring four exclusive performances scheduled for October. Joining them as a special guest will be collaborator Miles Kane. Here's how you can secure your tickets.

Arctic Monkeys have unveiled the concluding dates of their global tour, choosing Dublin and Belfast as the backdrop for their grand finale.

Comprising the musical talents of Alex Turner, Matt Helders, Jamie Cook, and Nick O'Malley, the Sheffield icons will grace the stage at Belfast's SSE Arena for a single night, surrounded by a trio of performances at Dublin's illustrious 3Arena this upcoming October.

To enhance the musical experience, the audience will be treated to the presence of Miles Kane, a dear friend and frequent collaborator of the band, who will serve as the special guest for the night.

These forthcoming dates come as a response to the unfortunate cancellation of the band's anticipated summer show at Dublin's Marlay Park. The band has clarified the situation, stating, "Previous ticket holders will receive an exclusive access code granting them a 72-hour priority pre-sale window, starting at 9 am on Friday, August 25th, enabling them to purchase tickets."

Subsequently, any remaining tickets will be available for general sale commencing Tuesday, August 29th, beginning at 9 am.

Here's a rundown of Arctic Monkeys' Irish tour dates for 2023:

- October 15, 2023: Dublin 3Arena
- October 16, 2023: The SSE Arena, Belfast
- October 17, 2023: Dublin 3Arena
- October 19, 2023: Dublin 3Arena

Purchasing Tickets:

- Those holding tickets for the previously postponed Marlay Park concert will be granted a 72-hour priority access window with a unique code.
- All remaining tickets will become available for purchase on Tuesday, August 29th, starting from 9 am.

The cancellation of Arctic Monkeys' significant open-air performance at Dublin's Marlay Park on June 20th was a result of lead vocalist Alex Turner's struggle with "acute laryngitis." The band communicated this setback through social media a day prior, expressing their deep regrets. They stated, "We deeply regret to announce the cancellation of the Arctic Monkeys' Marlay Park show in Dublin scheduled for tomorrow."

Elaborating on the situation, they noted, "Alex is currently grappling with acute laryngitis and, following medical guidance, has been advised to prioritize rest."

In a gesture of remorse, Alex and the entire band extended their apologies to their devoted Irish fans for the disappointment this development inevitably caused.

Arctic Monkeys also confirmed that full refunds for the canceled show would be facilitated by Ticketmaster within the subsequent six business days.
